Being a heat lover, I found this to be mild but full of flavor.
To the average person, this will be hot. Even though I seek the extreme heat, I find the flavor of scotch bonnets to be unequivocal.
They are my go-to peppers for flavor and a bit of heat.
My gallon is half gone.
