Cherry Pepper (Capsicum Annuum): Globe to oval shaped peppers with thick walled fruit that grows on small, strong plants. 100,000 Scoville heat units. Matures from dark green, to a bright, cherry red. The ubiquitous “salad bar” pepper, these Cherry peppers are good for pickling, roasting, BBQ’s, stuffing, jellies, as a garnish, or in salsas. Good for processing and pickling.
