(D) Returns and Exchanges
If the shipment is as a result of our error, we will gladly reship your correct items at no charge or issue a refund. A free call tag may be issued to return the wrong item(s) back to our warehouse (customer must preserve packing slip and items ordered without disposing of them for verification purposes).
If delivery has been compromised due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, or incorrect recipient information, or if the items ordered were made in error by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the unopened and unused products. When product is returned in unopened, undamaged, and unused condition, we will either re-ship your corrected items or issue a refund, minus a 30% restocking fee. Refunds will not include shipping costs originally incurred to ship your order.
- We accept exchanges 7 days from the delivery date. To exchange an item, please send the itemback to us at your shipping expense, and we will gladly replace it with another item of your choice. Customer will pay the difference between the product(s) exchanged or receive a refund, as well as pay for return shipping costs to receive the replacement. Other costs may be incurred.
In reference to an exchange or refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, undamaged, and in new condition upon receipt to our warehouse to receive a full refund. We recommend you insure the shipment.
Refund submissions are processed on receipt of the goods by our warehouse, and takes up to 7 business days (depending on banking institutions and merchant providers) to process. You can create a return request right from your customer account.
